Published earlier this year, a new piece of research looking at the effect of baby massage in increasing quality of sleep and infant body weight appeared in the Journal of Maternal and Child Health.
Pleasingly the research showed that infant massage can help improve the quality of sleep for babies, as well as aid weight gain.
